PRIVACY POLICY — LOVE TRACKER
This privacy policy applies to the Love Tracker app ("Application") for mobile devices, created by MD TECH ("Service Provider") as a commercial service. The service is provided "AS IS."
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download, register for, and use it. This information may include:
- Account and profile information you provide, such as your name, email address, and profile photo, obtained when you sign in with Apple or Google.
- Relationship details you provide, such as your relationship start date, anniversary date, relationship status, nickname, chosen emoji, and timezone.
- Content you create in the app, including photos, videos, voice notes and other audio recordings, text notes, journal/memory entries, stories (including text, stickers, filters, and drawings), captions, events and countdowns, long-distance meetup/trip plans and visit history, questions and answers, game activity, relationship goals, habits, bucket-list items, check-ins, reactions, comments, replies, and "seen"/view status.
- Location information, including your device location and any place or address you select. Location is used when you choose to add a location to a memory, and to power the Long-Distance tracker (for example, calculating the distance between you and your partner and showing your general location, city, and timezone). You can decline or revoke location access in your device settings.
- Device and usage information, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device model, operating system, the screens you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent in the app, and diagnostic and crash information.
- A push notification token, used to deliver the reminders and notifications you enable, including notifications about your partner's activity (such as when your partner adds a memory or shares a story). You can control which categories of notifications you receive in the app's settings.
- Purchase and subscription information (such as your subscription status and transaction identifiers) when you buy a subscription.
To create content, the Application may request access to your camera and microphone, and lets you choose photos and videos through your device's system photo picker. These are used only for the features you choose to use and only with your permission.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to operate the Application, sync your content with your partner, send you notifications and reminders you have enabled, and contact you from time to time with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
Content Shared With Your Partner
Love Tracker is designed for couples. When you link your account with a partner, the content you create in your shared space (such as memories, stories, events, questions and answers, goals, check-ins, long-distance location and meetup information, and game activity) is shared with, and visible to, your linked partner. Activity and status information — such as reactions, comments, replies, and whether you have viewed your partner's story — may also be visible to your partner, and your partner may receive notifications about your activity based on their notification preferences.
If you use the Application on your own before linking a partner, the content you created may be combined into your shared space and become visible to your partner at the time you connect your accounts.
Third-Party Access
To operate and improve the Application, the Service Provider uses trusted third-party services that may collect and process information used to identify you. Your account and content data are stored on and processed through these services. They include:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Messaging, Cloud Functions, Analytics, and Crashlytics) - provided by Google LLC. Data is stored on and processed through Google Cloud servers. See Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

The Service Provider may also disclose information: as required by law; to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Service Provider or others; or in connection with a business transfer. The Service Provider does not sell your personal information.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it, using the standard uninstall process for your device or app marketplace. Note that content already stored in the cloud is not removed by uninstalling; to delete your account and associated data, see "Data Retention and Deletion" below. You can also turn off notifications, location, camera, and microphone access at any time in your device settings, and manage notification categories within the app.
Data Retention and Deletion
The Service Provider retains your information for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data and content, or deletion of your account, by contacting app-support@md-tech.in, and the Service Provider will respond within a reasonable time. Please note that content shared with a partner may remain visible to that partner unless it is deleted.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If the Service Provider learns that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will delete that information promptly.
